Heathway Dry Cleaners

Took my daughters dress to be taken up also spoke to the manager. I was told to pick up the dress on after a week on saturday. Joy Not, they could not do it and never even contacted me to say they cannot do it either. Neither again. Very poor service

advertised opening times 6pm Monday, went there today at 5pm and they wouldnt take the dry cleaning as they were pulling down the shutters and closing. Why advertise the time you close then ignore it. Wont bother again.

Awful service! Do not use them as they will only take your money ! I left my hoodie to change the zipper and i paid 15.50 GBP for that. The men that took the hoodie advise me that they will need a time to order a NEW zipper , which i understand. He told me to go on Monday to collect it, but I told him - just to be sure i will go on Tuesday (today) to collect it. Today when i went to take my hoodie i was in shock! I paid to be changed with a brand new zipper but unfortunately - it is not a new one. The small part that lock the both part of the zip is second hand (or even older) and it is not the original part of the zipper. I asked the lady if this is a new zip and she lie to me - she said" yes, of course" Do not waist your time by using their services - paying for nothing!
My suggestion - do not lie the people that are using your services

Quality got my keys cut and my watch strap fixed
All I was going to was put my dry cleaning in to be done

Fantastic, now offers a shoe repair and key cutting service too, got my heels done while i waited.
