Spoke to a guy named Ash about a wedding dress clean and preservation. Dress was stained at the bottom as it was an outdoor wedding due to COVID. Thoroughly explained process and felt at ease - was reluctant to give my wedding dress to any cleaner. Ash came and collected the dress and cleaned it in a week even though he said it could take upto 3 weeks. Came back perfect and spotless and preserved in an elegant box. Very delighted and happy i went with this company as my dress was heavy beaded - they are true specialists as they proclaim. Thank you guys and wish you all the success

Went to many cleaners for them to clean my curtains that had blackout lining. All or most said they are not equipped to do or i would need to take full responsibility and risk. Went to Nova Klean after a quick google search and spoke to an employee named Ash, was told to bring them in for inspection. From the go he was very polite and professional and i got the feeling the curtains would be in the right hands. Just recieved them back - they are perfect and fresh. Could not be happier and thrilled

Called in about wedding dress cleaning and Ash was pro-active in collecting and delivering. It has come out spotless and amazing customer service.
Would highly recommend for your delicate items, was reluctant as its an expensive last and only left sample sale suzanne neville wedding dress. I am thrilled they have managed to rescue my dress. Thanks Ash!!

I sent over an email for a quotation for my wedding dress to be cleaned - Ash got in touch the next day after collecting it and inspecting it and giving me a timeframe and cost breakdown.
I was very reluctant at first, as it is sentimental and most expensive garment i own. Ash told me it would take 2x weeks BUT all cleaned and preserved in a storage box within a week.
Was updated throughout via whatsapp images and Ash was very thorough and proactive. I am thrilled and pleased with the outcome. Back to brand new - all stains gone after an outdoor wedding - totally recommended and cant speak highly enough.
Wedding dress was a made up of silk and tulle, but there is a reason why they have such high reviews - I am pleased to have found them and are very professional and efficient.

Searched for a good drycleaners because i needed my canada goose and moncler to be handled expertly with care- was not disappointed. All stains are gone, feathers are puffer then ever and back to new. I totally recommend this place for your valuable garments.

After searching online for a reputable wedding dress cleaner - i came across nova klean - after viewing there gallery of wedding dresses. I called a staff member (Ash), he was reassuring. Was very worried as it is the most expensive item I own and it was a very delicate vintage wedding dress handed down by my mother. I was impressed and assured from the go. The dress came out sparkling and back to brand new, I was kept uptodate throughout the process with photos. The diamontes and sequence were all intact and I could not have asked for a better service.
Before they preserved it in a box for me - they allowed me to check it and see if I was pleased with it before preserving it. True touch of quality and professionalism. All doubts were reassured and felt at ease from the go.

I have been using Nova Clean for years. Ash in particular is super friendly and they are very professional cleaners. Ash often points out if something needs particular care or needs mending.
I have also used them for quite complicated mending and darning, all done to a very high standard.

They have quality in thier dry cleaning. Professional and efficiency to all the clothing they dry clean. Thumps up to them all and I will be continuing being their costumer for some time, brilliant!

I love the fact that I can do my daily shopping across the road in sainsburys and drop my drycleaning to nova klean. I was reluctant at first, but I gave them a go.

Have had many ooooos and aaaaaah regarding the lovely condition of my suits since using nova clean. i think they use older equipment and it does such a better 'bobble free' job than some of the other cleaners in south london.

i did not read the previous reviews to this particular dry cleaners,but i gave them a try last year,there not as bad as the reviews,in fact there quite happy go people. The dry cleaning was superb,my clothes came back fresh and beautifully pressed,highly recommended,i have been using them every week

I took a dress here to be altered and the owner completely ruined it. It was a simple job - shortening the length. It was a total botched job and when I complained the owner was aggressive and refused a refund. DO NOT take your clothes here.
