Do Not Waste Your Money on these people as I have unfortunately done! I called them out to look at my cooker, (the oven wasn't working) and thought I'd get them to look at my tumble dryer while there. All he did with the tumble dryer was 'say' that it wasn't worth repairing, (without touching it), and was more interested in selling me a new one. The cooker, undid 4 screws and said he'd have to order a new element. I was then charged £160. The next day they wanted £67 for a new element. I told them to get stuffed as I'd seen the element on Google for £17. (they tried to justify this)...Save your money!!!
