The owner “Mass” of Pro Solutions was most helpful in trying to repair my TV set, all be it the attempt failed. He proactively offered a “set up” service and advice on purchasing a new set appropriate to my needs.
FYI: Mass doesn’t sell TV sets, so his advice was “objective” as there was nothing in it for him.
His personality was cheerful and positive.
