I have place the order at 4 O,clock, and I got the delivery at 11 in the morning next day so super fast delivery. Never had such a quick and courteous service. Very pleased with my purchase. I couldn't ask for much more than that. Excellent!

Purchased my Lenovo all-in-one desktop from them the person who assisted me with the purchase was very helpful and patiently showed me three models, explained how one was better than the other and eventually sold me the cheapest amongst those three !!! The prices were very keen and I got another 30 pounds off, when I had not even asked, I find that very nice and well refreshing for a change.

Very very glad and will definitely be using them again.

The worst experience I've had as a shopper in all of Europe. First, I found out most of their products are overpriced and you can find a much better deal from the many surrounding electronic shops. Second the manager there apparently does not know how to treat its customers. I was shocked how rude he was. I foolishly had bought a product from them before checking the other stores for their prices. When I came back to "N-Genius" literally 2 minutes later after I had found a much more reasonable price next door, the manager told me it was 'too bad' and a refund was impossible. He then rudely walked away from me.
