Very disappointing shop in Tottenham Court Road, service is poor and quality of hardware is somewhat questionable. I was not able to get a refund for a camera battery I bought that did not work at all as advertised. Thankfully I bought a low cost item, but feel for the people reporting having bought more expensive items...
Sorry but I will *not* be going back- thankfully lots of other shops exist in the vicinity.

Rudest retailer I've met. I came to ask what should I do with a loptop (as it is meant to be a lenovo service point) and instead of getting any information I was asked 'why are you coming here, just to give me headache?' Before I managed to ask 3 questions the guy asked me to leave. He was deeply unpleasant from the minute i said hello. This is far below a level you would expect.

With regards to this customer she brought the laptop from amazon, firstly we are not Lenovo service centre, we give support and advice for Lenovo. But this customer wanted refund from us, when she brought the laptop from amazon and being very demanding that we should resolve here problem. Which is nothing do with us. To make the point clear we are Lenovo partner. Not the refund centre when the purchase is from amazon.

Shyamtronics is a long established business and I was very impressed with the service and knowledge when I bought a laptop there last week (April 2010).
They're not simply shifting boxes of euqipment, they know the product and offered great advice and followed up with calls and email to make sure all was ok.
10 out of 10. Can't get that from a website... Thanks!

The staff in this shop are knowledgeable and helpful. I was looking for a notebook and each option was thoroughly explained to me with its advantages and disadvantages. I have been delighted with my purchase. I was even given a discount. Thankyou!
