Rude staff that seemed to enjoy sending unproffesional emails, entered the property without permission. Number of problems with the property that were not managed. Check out was scheduled for 11am they turned up at 5pm after we had taken a day off. Think carefully about using this agency.

Consistently unreliable. During my dealings with Temples they have failed to deliver, even on basics such as providing an inventory on arrival. Notifications of viewing is inconsistent, and general courtesies such as knocking on the door before entering are disregarded. They do not keep tenants informed, and they themselves seem confused as to whether they even manage a property or not. In my dealings with several lettings agencies Temples have provided poor service within their own league. A frustrating experience all round.
