Poor quality properties, bad service.
At first sight, the website seems to offer a range of good properties to rent but once you visit them, you realize they are either located in a creepy place or in the basement. The size of some of them is quite ridiculous.
The website is nice, the agency is not. Don´t judge a book by its cover. You have other professional and nicer agencies in London :)
