Property Liaisons

Property Liaisons sold my flat in Wapping. We had put it up for sale with 3 agents in the area, nothing wrong with some healthy competition! but Property Liaisons were the only that kept us updated with useful feedback, they even organised a cleaner and someone to stage the property before taking photos! I would of course be happy if any agent had sold it but I'm glad it was through Property Liaisons because they deserved it for all the effort they put in :)

This letting agent has been appalling from the start. Various pieces of information from them have been completely untrue.

I have had to chase for each and every issue/answer over the past year, there were no inspections or at least none that I was made aware of (which I legally should have been). Now I have left I am being charged for light bulbs that are present (and the professional fitting of).

I would avoid at all costs and I would never recommend to anyone else nor use them as a landlord. As expected I am now having difficulty getting back my deposit.

Great agency, really easy to deal with. I dealt with Dalan Ismet who worked hard to find a Property that filled our needs. I have recommended them the several of my colleagues and friends.

We contacted Property Liaisons after seeing a variety of flats in central London (none of which exactly matched our requirements), and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of properties and the professionalism of Dalan Ismet and his colleagues from our very first showing. Dalan was our letting agent and was extremely helpful in us securing a flat that we really love. His communication was timely, he was very responsive to our questions and concerns, and overall a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for quality rental in eastern London.

Horrible – avoid.

Unprofessional, dishonest, deceitful and unhelpful - every horrible nightmare you can imagine about an estate agency rolled into one. Appalling service and apathy towards the properties that they manage (ie no heat or hot water for weeks in the middle of February, numerous breaches of contract, 10%+ rent increases year on year with no maintenance to the property, etc).

They are not accredited with any professional body (for example ARLA) so beware, they do not report to any governing body or association.

Terrible! Dishonest! Avoid! - we were left without a functioning dishwasher for half of our tenancy and scalding hot water from the boiler - then they had the nerve to cut the tenancy short when we complained. They are dishonest, unhelpful, obnoxious people who provide a sub-standard service if you're lucky enough to get any service at all. Previous tenants in our property had similar experience with them. Not ARLA regulated --wouldn't even respond to a letter of complaint - had to go to Trading Standards and lodge a complaint. There's no review I can give that justifies how bad our experience with them was.
