I have been dealing with Winkworth Shoreditch for the past 5 years and they are the most incompetent real estate agency I have ever dealt with. I was a tenant in a property that they "managed" for 4 years and they never lifted a finger to sort out problems and then had the cheek to try and charge me £50 on check-out to replace a lightbulb. I recently enquired with their sales team about a property for sale and they would not let me view the property unless I provided my full postal address to them - I'd be pretty annoyed if I was the seller and prospective buyers weren't allowed to view it
