Poor customer service, inattentive staff- the company runs on the basis that you will do all the work for them and give them an agency fee anyway. There is no inter-professional awareness and customers are shoved from one department to the next. I was completely ignored when I tried to suggest that perhaps they actually contact partners within their own company to organise references and was dismissed like a child. As a suggestion for improvement I would advocate a more thorough training process for estate agents.

filled in paperwork with wrong start and end dates,
they have hidden charges,
they dont return calls.

WE rented out our flat through them. They found us a very nice tenant but at a reduced rent and both us and the tenant found the customer service to be atrocious. Meetings were missed or not arranged, calls and emails not returned, and the first months money took about 2 months to come through. Complaints were generally not handled well.
