They think they can get away with people’s money and then disappear and ignore them. I am surprised they have got away with this for many years and no action has been taken. Police should do proper investigation as they are playing games with innocent civilians. They take money and lie about rent guarantee and take cash from tenants and very dodgy!!!!

The worst estate agency ever!! They do not look after their tenants or landlords and charge unexpected unexplained expenses and do not pay landlords or time. You will be surprised if they open door or pick up calls. They should be closed down immediately and give people’s property back. People have seen how people cuss them down and that is why they keep their doors locked! Do not take people’s properties if you can’t provide the service…simple!
