London Time

I bought a D&G watch for my girlfriend 6 months ago and took it back to them. They told me that it was the battery and they would change it for me and so they did.
The following week the watch stops again, so i take it back and they tell me that they put in the wrong battery which annoyed me but they change the battery again and put in a new one. I took it away and once again it stopped working. I took it back and told them this was unacceptable and they kept it to be fixed and checked over.
After two weeks I collect my watch and asked them what was wrong and how did they fix it, not 1 employee could tell me, they kept on telling me that they sent it to their watch repair place and that everything was ok and that it was checked on a machine. So i asked them for a repair receipt and they said that they didnt have one and that it was at the repair place. I wasnt to impressed and asked them that if it stops working what will happen then and what will be my options but they kept on saying its working and its been checked on the machine. So i asked them the question again but they didnt seem to care. The man i was speaking to told me he only sold watches and that he didnt make them and he didnt care if it wasnt working or not. So i took it away and 3 days later it stopped working again. I have called them asking for an explanationn and no one in that shop seems to know or have an answer for any of my questions. The manager is never in and they dont even have an assistant manager. I seriously advise anyone not to buy anything from this place because if the product you buy stops working they will not care to try and get it fixed or sorted. The worst customer service i have experience and i have worked in some respectable retail stores. They also will cut you off the phone and tell you to call back in two hours!! They are also very rude and laugh in your face with their friends who hang around in shop. Never go their and avoid the hassle. A MUST AVOID SHOP!!!
