Worst store I have ever been to. Staff are extremely rude. The lady in the store looked at me and said they had nothing in my size!! Then followed me around and asked to look at my phone! Worst customer experience. My friend experienced the same. Only one member of staff whose customer skills were zero, had no knowledge of prices or anything. Was just there as a bouncer cum bodyguard. Kept on following you around. I would give it a rating of minus 10 if I could

This has to be the absolute worst Indian clothes shop I've been to in this country. The staff and service is AWFUL, the staff are extremely rude and immediately ask you if you're buying something today - I answered no and the guy said I couldn't try anything on and said to come back when I will be buying! What rubbish is that?! I asked three different times in different ways as I was so confused by this, went to 5-6 other stores that day and never heard such nonsense. My fiance also had her phone in her hand (she wasn't even using it) and was rudely told that she's not allowed to take any photos. The phone wasn't even in use!
My mum went to Southall a couple of weeks later and when she came back she complained about the exact same store to me (I had not mentioned a word to her about it previously) They did the same to her - within a few seconds she was asked if she was buying today and then told she couldn't try anything on. This time a female staff member.

Terrible customer service, very rude, disrespectful staff. I would not wish this shopping experience on anyone.
I do believe my review is fair and well considered. We had visited numerous shops the same day and had not come across any service in any way close to what we experienced with this shop.
They do not let you try on outfits, not even one, even if you want to buy one unless the occasion you are buying for is coming up very soon. They told me first that the sizes were all too small for me (I'm a size 6....).
They seem annoyed if you ask any questions e.g. Does this come in other colours is met with a cold apathetic stare.
Definitely do not recommend.
