Excellent customer service. I bought a pair of trousers and came back to buy another one a week later and they remembered me and my size.
In fact the lady took 1 look at me and knew my size so I only needed to try 1 pair!

I found the store to be fantastic. Not only does it stock one-off excellent designers, the staff were very attentive and helpful. Joseph is a great brand and this is easily my favourite store for its style and service.

I found the staff to be obnoxious, the quality of the clothing poor and I noticed that they had items made with real animal fur. I enquired as to where their fur was sourced (as I know animals in China are skinned while they are still alive and conscious) and they couldn't tell me. I definitely do NOT recommend.
