Pizza Perfection

The very laid back person who answered the phone to take my delivery order doesn't seem to know how to take down an order. Ordering an American Hot pizza I was advised it would take 30-45 minutes for delivery (it's less than a mile away from where I live by the way). I asked that the driver NOT ring the bell as this was for the upstairs flat but to ring the doorbell for my property. The order arrived after 50 minutes and the driver both knocked on the door and rang the bell for the upstairs flat at the same time. When I asked why he had rung the bell he mumbled something which I didn't understand but it sounded like he was fasting so he was a bit confused. I didn't tip him. Took pizza inside, got a drink and then found it was the wrong pizza. No pepperoni. Called the branch and they said "oh right, we made a mistake, we'll send another one now", I asked if it would take another 45 minutes, I was told "no much less than that!" I called back a minute later and reminded them not to ring the bell when they came back. 45 minutes I called and asked where the replacement pizza was. The guy muttered something and asked me to hold on, put me through to another person who said (not very convincingly) that it was on its way. I asked had it left the restaurant yet, they said no. I told them to keep their pizza.

That's one business who won't be getting my business EVER again!
