Shocking service!!!
Ordered online for the children's birthday dinner, order took over an hour to arrive, order was incomplete, phoned store who could not give us an ETA on missing items and could not give refund. Advised to phone customer service which took 8 mins on hold who then told us it 'could' take up to 16 days to refund for their mistake as they need to verify payment and the delivery issue with store. Surely they wouldn't have delivered if payment hadn't been confirmed on my debit card but no Pizza Hut with today's technology has to check a spread sheet with a special department and then process through another company....genius

We use to use the Chingford branch quite often, I say use to as we will now never step foot in it again after their disgusting behaviour. My partner took a pizza back because it had a long black hair in it. He received a refund and an apology. Yesterday he went in to order a pizza and was told that he lied about the hair, that he had placed it there on purpose, they had it tested and it wasn't even hair....then what an earth was it. My partner is an honest man who complained quite rightly only then to be called a liar by the manager. Bad food, bad customer service and shocking behaviour.
