Chigwell Fish Bar

Very rude staff who did not acknowledge me properly at checkout and dismissed me. I pre-ordered a take away on their website and was told that it would be ready at 18:00. I arrived and was rudely dismissed at checkout, I explained to the server that I am here to collect my order and was told “It doesn’t matter, it’s not ready, wait outside”. These people do not know how to talk to their customers or to conduct business I felt really comfortable and it was as if the staff had some racial prejudice.
