Deep Blue

been using this fish shop for years, always been good maybe once a month on average. went there on a Sunday afternoon bought cod and chips twice, takes me about 5 mins to get home. fish was ok, but the chips were dreadful they were rubbery and cold and looked dreadful which spoilt our meal. my wife went back a few days later to tell them of our experience. they said if we are not happy to post a review here so here it is... will never go back there again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS because if you do happen to get a bad service they do nothing to rectify the problem... on posting this review I have noticed the review below had the same problem (Michelle Rodrigues) your photo depicts exactly what our portions of chips looked like... I will post this review every week until you do what you should of done in the first place and treated us as valued customers with a genuine complaint...
