Excellent flooring company. We had a wool carpet fitted on our stairs and in the bedrooms. Pricing was really fair and only good quality underlay was used. Really great local business which beats John Lewis easily for service and pricing.

I have bought the engineered floor, underlay, stain and oil with them last summer for my new flat and I have to say that was the best quality of flooring that I could find in town. Prices are really reasonable which is really helpful to first time buyers. Staff are really knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They have helped me out with all my concerns and provide after sale maintenance solution as well. Highly recommend to anyone.

I obtained two quotes for a large area of my house to be fitted with Amtico. Blackheath Flooring Studios were certainly the best value. They also provided constructive advice during the site survey.
The job included floor removal, floor levelling and laying the new Amtico. The results have been spectacular which is down to the installation team spending significant time ensuring that the whole area lined up. This was particularly tricky due to the central island in the house.
I have no complaints and I feel that I received an excellent service.

I rencently had the friendly people at Blackheath Flooring studios lay all the flooring in my house from carpets in our bedrooms and stairs to Hard wood flooring throughout the down stairs and Amtico in the Bathrooms and it all looks beautiful.

Blackheath flooring carpeted my house. There was an obvious flaw in one area. I requested that they come back and look at it and they readily agreed. But, when I set up a date for them to come and look at the problem (and stayed home from work to be there), they did not show up. I then asked them to call me back to arrange another date. They did not so this. So, I went back to the shop and they set up a new date to come look at the problem. Again, I stayed home from work to be there and - again - they failed to show up.

The problem was all fixed after an appointment missed due to unforeseeable circumstances,the customer is very happy now and we have since been back and done more work for them and for friends of theirs.
