CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LACKING
I understand they have traffic from london so who would care about a person who walks in and asks about flowers? I would have liked one of the staff to hlep me make a nice bouquet - but they kept on saying there are some out front. NOT ONE OF THEM helped or even really talked to me - and if I walked out they could care less - it was my staff bday so I had to get something. I did ask prices so they probably did not like that. BUT everyone wants vlaue for money. customer service is so bad here - do not go - go inside the train station - or outside not here.
