Not very happy with service.. Rude impolite and the flowers that were delivered were almost dead..scruffy writing in card..wouldn't help when I rang up to complain

I was excited to be celebrating a very special occasion and the only things that Flower of Love made me feel were disrespected & humiliated. The florists didn't want to listen to my complaint over the phone so I'm writing it here instead.
I was very disappointed when my bouquet arrived last week. The roses started dying on the same day as the delivery, the writing in the card was messy and the general presentation of it was awful. I urge people not to shop directly with them or through other companies.
