Excellent furniture shop by far better than any leading furniture shop out there has loads funky quirky one off pieces new and old reclaimed i spent 2k in store on a few pieces i just fell in love with got a great deal and got delivery same day i highly recommend this shop keep up the good work high end furniture same day delivery what more can i say.

We paid a 50% deposit for a bespoke table in Oct 2012. The lead time was 10 weeks.

I started to call weekly in Jan. At first, excuses about suppliers seemed believable. But each week it was the same. In Feb, I spoke to the manager, and asked him to refund me if he could not complete the order. So he told me specific dates for arrival/delivery etc but each of these passed - no table.

I went into the shop today with my newborn baby. The manager was quick to anger when I asked for my money back. He slammed a tape measure on the desk - it splintered everywhere. I got out of t

Still waiting for my table - Ordered 9th Dec 2012, posting this on 20th March 2013...

Was originally told 6-8 weeks and every time I call they tell me it will be delivered by the end of the week - Either they have highly unreliable supplyers (in which case, stay away from them) or they are out-right lying to me (in which case, stay away from them!)

I don't want to be so negative, as they are a pretty friendly bunch, but I can't understand the sheer level of incompetence. I wish they would just honestly tell me when my furniture will arrive...

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CAMDEN INTERIORS TO ANYBODY.

I ordered an item for my lounge 2 months ago. I paid a deposit and was told that I would receive a call within a fortnight when the item was ready to collect. After a month, I called to find out what was happening and was told I would get a call back.

This never happened. I called on three other occasions over the past month and even went into the store. On each occasion was told the manager would call me to tell me when the item would arrive. Nothing.

Far the worse service I have ever received. Completely unprofessional.

great shop orded lots of furinture and must say great service. on time delivery team great i buy and sell houses and this is the first shop i come to .with 4 floors so much to see and feel .keep up the good work camden-interiors will see you soon

Camden Interiors, what a disaster! I have waiting nearly 5 months for a piece of furniture I ordered from them after being told it would take 4-6 weeks. After reading reviews here and other forums, I get the sense that this is standard service and they simply do not care. Go somewhere else!

We have been shocked by the lack of organization. Promised delivery is over a month late and still not here - delivery charge was almost double what was quoted. We were told a number of times from various shop workers 'we'll call you back', but never once did. Horrible customer service!

Just a shame about the delivery of the products. I purchased a chest here six months ago which was not yet delivered. OK i live in France but it's not the antarctic ! On return, it took 12 emails and two visits to the shop but i still not obtain a refund !

I must say I (respectfully) whole heartedly disagree with the above review. I first visited Camden Interiors a couple of months ago with my girlfriend and we were instantly impressed by the variety of furniture and the tasteful and elegant way it had been arranged around the showroom. We were also made to feel massively comfortable by the manager and other members of staff and even offered a seat and a coffee whilst we perused through the brochures!!! At first we thought that some of the league times on the funiture were rather long, however after some hefty research, we realised that nearly all other high quality furniture shops in London have a league time of roughly 12-16 weeks whereas Camden Interiors has an average league time maximum of 3-6 weeks which both me and my partner think is very reasonable. All the way through the sale our options were made very clear to us and on top of the very generous discount we were given due to the amount we bought both of us left with a massive smile on our faces thinking about what we could buy next. I would massively recommend this shop to anyone looking for unique pieces and friendly personal service. We will, without doubt be going back soon. I would maybe suggest to the above author that maybe Ikea is a little more along the lines of what you are looking for.

Service from this shop was absolutely terrible. I purchased a really nice product but a litany of poor customer service left me with a really bad taste in my mouth:

1. After being promised delivery in 3 weeks I was kept waiting more than 10. I wouldn't have minded except I was never contacted in that time and every time I rang I was fobbed off with the same story about it being ready "next week".

2. They tried to increase the price after purchase.

3. After promising free delivery they then refused to honour the commitment. Eventually they begrudgingly delivered during a weekday so I had to take time off work

4. The manager of the store was both rude and threatening on the phone.

This is a shame really because the furniture in this shop is really nice but I would AVOID AVOID AVOID!
