My sister's have bought from this shop for years, so when I needed a mattress they took me there.
The person who served me was very helpful. It's now have a few months and love it. It is a really good quality for price. We also did not have a problem with the delivery.

Ordered wardrobes and they came quickly and was put up for us within 20 mins! Very good quality and spacious. Better than I expected! Really helpful service, would definitely recommend and buy from here again

The worst experience one could imagine. Terrible. The customer service HORRIBLE. I went to the shop and picked the mattress i liked the most. I mentioned it few times which one i want to buy and i double check with the guy at the desk that day to make sure it was going to be delivered on a chosen day. In a meantime he strangely tried to push me to buy different one that i absolutely didn't like. Strange as it sounds. When it came to the delivery day i phoned the shop, no-one knew what mattress i ordered, generally lack of information at all. it looked like they were trying to hide the truth. They however made up the story that the delivery is late, the van that was supposed to be coming with my mattress from Scotland has some delay due to, surprise surprise - covid - 19!!! Next day, i received the mattress i didn't order, the one i didn't want to buy, actually the one they tried to palm off on me. I went back to the shop and i was finally told that my mattress WASN'T ORDERED AT ALL!! I had to take whatever they had because the person whom i bought it for was just about to move in.
My landlord spends great amount in that shop, so totally lack of respect, they probably would charge him more like for the mattress i wanted to have from the beginning.
So i'm left with the CRAP i didn't want and because of their made up stories and lies i was left with no other option but to take whatever was in stock that day.
This is disgusting, inconsiderate and absolutley not taking any responsibility for their own mistakes. Plus very rude at the end seeing my disappointment.

Have used this company for numerous furniture items for my parents, sister and myself - have also recommend to friends- the guys that run it are a family and very personalble aswell as honest and helpful. First used them 20 years ago and will always be my 1st choice in bedroom furniture mainly!

Walked into store and made an order for a double mattress. Very helpful and there prices are very competitive to high end suppliers. Free delivery to my home address and was delivered to my home 4 hours after ordering! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
