Avoid this garage. Use another one that is more reliable. Will save you money and time in the long run.

This garage too pricey, bad customer service they do not know what they're doing. Never busy which is not a good sign. Too pricey in their quotes and look for extra work.

My advice is to stay well clear of this garage.
If you need any work done on your car then find someone else who are more honest and more reasonable price wise

Not very honest try to over charge for minor work and customer service is poor to say the least.. all the reviews here going by my experience seem fake stay well clear!

I have used this garage for several years now. They are honest, and trustworthy, as well as competent and skilled. But more important for me, they go that extra mile in their kindness and thoughtfulness in dealing with my vehicles. As a disabled person with adaptations, this is important. Without my vehicle I am stuck because public transport where I live is inaccessible. They will always work around my diary to minimise any inconvenience. And it is always down with a smile!

I broke down late at night, there was a staff that was collecting his car around 11.30pm, he kindly assisted me and help me move my car to his garage, then in the morning he source a new clutch for my car, he didn't overcharge me, he was very respectful and polite. He was very honest about the work. The work was carried out and they had adhered to all the agreed commitments i.e. timescales, work reliability and did not mess me about.

Following my experience I have now clearly decided to use this garage for my MOT in future as well as any other work. The staff are very good with skills and very honest I haven't experienced this kind of service in London before - usual money talks, but not here these are guys are very decent! Nikki Kaur

Motorcare centre in East Ham, Barking Road.

Rubbish customer service. Too pricey to repair simple jobs. Some quotes for jobs too pricey. I went elsewhere in Newham, and got repairs on an oil leak at half the price of Motorcare.

Not worth the time and money to visit Motorcare.

Easily the most honest garage within East Ham. Fair prices for work using good genuine or high standard replacement parts.
Using Motor Care for over 2 years now and haven't had a single problem with an work they've carried out and as a result I only bring my car here. Very polite and professional staff & owner also.

This is one of the best and most honest garages in London. I've been using this garage for the past few years and they have always been fair and upfront. They will only fix what needs to be fixed unlike many other garages who have added extras to my bill. I'd highly recommend this garage.

This is a great garage just what we need in the area. Great parking. Most importantly equipped with the latest diagnostic tools. I nearly got seriously ripped off by Sytner BMW as Motorcare diagnosed and repaired an ecu fault for half the price.Also they did a free MOT with the repair.

They did a good job everytime i went,but i think they charge a bit too much.Anyways they do a good job.
