I had a coolant water leak on my Volkswagen T5 camper van which assumed to be head gasket by many other garages. I took my van to Motor Continental VW where they correctly and reasonably priced, analysed and diagnosed the water pump failure. Work was carried out promptly within time and price indicated.
Very impressed with advice, service, experience, and detailed knowledge of my particular vehicle and model Volkswagen. Pleased to highly recommend them.

Friendly and efficient, at reasonable price! My battery charger was damaged, the AA said it needed to be repaired within a couple of days. Main VW dealer was "fully booked" for the following few weeks due to Covid situation. This local garage diagnosed the problem the same day and repaired the next day, at a more reasonable price than the main dealer. the Service manager is friendly and a technical expert.

I am writing this review as the service I received was outstanding. I broke down in Finchley and a quick call to this garage and the car was recovered and the issue with the ignition spark thingy fixed the very same day! I tried calling other garages and they were either not open or too busy to help. I am very grateful to the receptionist who promptly booked me in and got me back on the road. The service was just amazing! Great garage!

Ad blue issue fixed. My local garage couldn't solve the issue. I booked the car in and got a quick appointment. They diagnosed and fixed a sensor and now all is working. Can highly recommend.

Really nice set up.... Only had a minor 1st service done on my Vw Polo but seriously impressed. They were £86.00 cheaper than the main dealer and fitted me into a tight time slot I had. Great service. Highly recommended from me!

Had an issue with ABS light on. A faulty speed sensor and a wiring plug were replaced. Very happy. The car was back on the road the next day.
I can see why so many people have been happy with friendly and competent service. Whilst waiting for my car I got talking to another client who had been going there for the last 16 years! Speaks volumes to me.

Top marks for top service! The technician who worked on my car even hooked up my new phone to the bluetooth as I was unable to do it.

A++ service. Had the engine light come on my golf just before the bank holiday. Got a quick appointment on the Saturday. They replaced a sensor and fixed the car by 1pm. Very grateful to the staff for your help.

Great service. They fix faults that other garages simply cannot fix. I had a niggly problem with my car intermittently not starting, they got to the bottom of the problem and sorted it. The VW dealer in Bath where I used to live did not fix it after looking at it three times!! Happy to recommend.

Excellent garage. I changed the Sat Nav unit on my MK7 golf GTI and struggled to find a garage to program the unit and unlock it on line. The main dealer told me I needed a new unit in the glovebox at £2800! I fitted my own unit and the team at Motor Continental programmed it on line for me. They have all the latest VW equipment and I was seriously impressed with the service. The car is up and running now, Sat Nav working.

I needed a body repair job on my 2016 Tiguan. The insurance company wanted me to go to a place in West London. I insisted on using a local Volkswagen repairer and I am really happy with the results. The car was fixed in 3 days (the insurance company wanted it for 2 weeks!). Looks like brand new again. Can personally recommend.

My car broke down on Sunday in Holloway and my usual Volkswagen dealer quoted me the 5th January to look at the car. I did a quick google search and found Motor Continental. They recovered the car as an emergency and the car was ready by the Tuesday with a new fuel pump. Great customer service and turnaround time. Recommended. A++++

Good customer service. The mechanics are really on point, they know their stuff. They fixed up a small issue on my Polo causing a check light on the dash. Took 2 days to fix as the part had to come from the factory but I was happy as my usual mechanic tried twice and couldn’t fix the problem. The service guy in the office called me up with the costs and explained the fault after they had checked it and got it ready the next day for pick up. Good service found here.
