Kwik Fit

I wish to bring to your attention, the excellent customer I received when I attended the Leyton branch of Kwikfit today (Thursday 18th May).

I drive a Motability car Nissan Qashqai EY69BZH and have planned to drive on a long journey, and previously taken the vehicle to the main dealer for a check before leaving. One of the faults they had discovered was a cut in the sidewall of the front n/s tyre, which they'd stated was not roadworthy. They'd referred me to a Kwikfit to remedy this.

I saw [the staff member], and I couldn't have been more impressed - he took ownership of the problem, replacing it promptly. You need more polite and efficient staff like [him].

Well done [ ]- customer service is so important.

After a weekend in London we were just heading back to Yorkshire when the car started making a horrendous noise. Luckily the traffic was very slow moving – the only time I have been grateful for heavy traffic. We looked up the nearest KwikFit and limped there.
I have to give Zee, Glen and Randy 10 stars each for their service, giant smiles, calm demeanour and choice of music in the workshop (Bob Marley). We were quickly at the head of the queue, car was on the ramp and problem diagnosed. Zee gave us a great recommendation for breakfast (to keep us amused as well as fed) and within 45 minutes they had been able to replace the offending exhaust bracket that had fallen apart. I was charged an extremely reasonable sum and we were back on the road.
And the reason that I went to KwikFit? We use KwikFit in Yorkshire to look after both our cars and the brilliant service we always have there has made us very brand loyal.
