Osterley Garden Centre

I have been using this garden centre for the last couple of years and I have grown to like it more and more. The staff have improved hugely, by being very helpful, approachable and knowledgeable about plants, I find the variety of products adequate and this year’s Christmas decor is just the best I’ve seen in a long time and by far the best in comparison to other garden centres in London. I’ve been involved with a large gardening project in Richmond this year and delivery times have also been met approximately. I am happy using Osterley Garden center and may it continue to improve ??

This place is badly run and the delivery service is useless . Twice now we have ordered items and they have not been delivered and we have had to chase them . On this occasion after waiting over 2 weeks for a delivery that they said would take between 5 and 10 days we were told the times are not available after telling us originally they were taking from us nearly £700
The manager was totally incompetent and made feeble excuses with no solutions .
Another guy another manager was just as bad and Totally clueless .
We have now had to cancel our builders to make alternative arrangements
DO NOT order from these people they will let you down .They never even contacted us to make us aware of the situation. Totally Clueless . The buck stops at the manager and he is just plain useless

I have always used this local garden centre but will not be doing so in future . The main reason is safety and customers not maintaining social distance . During my short visit I counted 8 people not wearing masks and seemingly oblivious to the rules, which it is our social duty to adhere to ! . People without masks almost walked into me and as a vulnerable person who had to shield this is scary .
