Premier Sheds & Fencing

After the biggest storm we've had for 30 years, i had some fencing damaged looking on their website that both branches was open 9am to 1pm on Saturdays, went to the knollys road branch and was closed ,but a notice was saying their streatham common branch was open after driving there and waiting for half an hour a member of staff told me they're not open until Monday, so fed up I went to wic kes, p.s premier fencing sort your website out

We’ve just had an amazing summer house built by Premier Sheds. The guys came and worked hard in all weathers. Cleaned up, attention to detail was excellent, and very polite and friendly too. Would recommend them to anyone needing local, bespoke work done.

I opened a trade account with them in April

We Visited both sites but had to use their main Streatham HQ for trade purposes .

The first matter was the verbal pricing we were given for fence panels was way out by £10 a unit which made us misquote for the job

Then, after a long negotiation at Streatham they had agreed to deliver "first drop" in Dulwich so my 2 fencers awaited their delivery which didn't show and in fact, arrived over two hours late - though we rang to query this from opening time they wouldn't accept our point and the driver only arrived when he did 'as a favour'

I challenged late in the evening why this had happened. They responded the same night, they would look into it. I further reminded them twice they hadn't responded and I wanted recompense for wasted time and costing my business money. The job over ran so we made no money at all which was Premier Sheds fault.
