Three times I was given a 8am to 12pm slot for the engineer to come back and fix a couple of bolts to my boiler 2 months after the work was done and I had paid the bill, THREE time he failed to turn up!
When engineer turned up unannounced next day after last no show, pretended I had go day wrong! Cheek!!
I'm self employed and taking time out and having my time wasted for 12 hours, is like taking money from my pocket directly.
Very quick and helpful until received my payment then didn't follow on.
