Need to improve (in fact transform) customer service. No refunds policy is not in keeping with the premium pricing. I realise that 90% of their customers will be making impulse decisions and are wealthy, but these people expect to get a refund under reasonable circumstances and certainly don't expect to be shouted at!

What has happened to customer service? Worst service I have encountered in years. Don't do refunds but this is not clearly displayed at point of sale and sign covered up by a card display. Head office extremely rude. Will never shop here again
