Lovely shop with lovely stuff. Its a shame their customer service is so crap. The guy in the shop has a horrible attitude problem. If you buy anything from this shop dont bother complaining about it over the phone he hangs up on you!!! he is a totlal grump!!

This customer bought nothing from the shop but asked me to fill-up latex balloons which she had bought it from somewhere else. Generally we do not allow any outside balloons to be filled up in the shop. Knowing the customer I did a favour and charged a very nominal fee. Next day she phoned me and start complaining about balloons gone down. I explained to her that helium in latex balloons only last for 12 to 14 hours. I even said to her that I just filled up helium in the balloon and the product is not bought from my shop. She kept on accusing as why I did not tell her everything. I was busy serving my other customers at that time and explained to her that I can\'t do anything more than this.

What a shop. Its pity that the location is not right for this type of shop. It should be in places like Kensington or any busy high street. Gifts, Party, Fireworks, Perfumes You name it and they have got. Prices are reasonable. I was in the shop yesterday to buy Valentine's Present and was pleased to see the varieties of the items on display. As usual always different to others. Well done ........

Great shop, lots of variety and changing all of the time. Very Good Customer Service and the quality of the goods, cards ect.. are excellent! Great prices for children's toys/gifts too, I used to be in there all the time, before I moved out of the area but I would recommend them definitely!
