I visited this shop today to purchase an oyster card, and I have to say that the person serving in that shop, was the rudest person that I have ever encountered in any store. He had absolutely no customer skill whatsoever.
I don't know what his problem was, but whatever it was he decided to take it out on the customers, which is completely unprofessional however there is a positive side to this, and that is there are so many other shops along that street for me to ever want to go back to that particular shop!
