I have been coming to Patrick Ludde salon for a while now and will not be going anywhere else!! Amy is a fantastic stylist, she always give me a brilliant colour and cut, I would highly recommend her! All of the staff are soo friendly too, amazing salon!!

Very stuck up and untallented staff. Very dissapointed. Drop the prices, or drop the attitude.

I bought 3 Patrick Ludde gift certificates for £180 from Elevate-uk. When my gfriend called to book she was told VERY rudely to buy more services to get a timeslot after work. Trying to get a refund to no avail even though there were lots of complaints about Ludde to Elevate-uk. One for my solicitor

I have both colour and cut done here and always feel welcome and very well taken care of. In this salon you can be sure your hair will be looked after or handled in the best and most professional way - there are no "shortcuts" It's just done right!! I would highly recommend this salon and spa to anyone.

I visited this salon on a recommendation and was really impressed with the level of service from the moment i stepped in. I had booked a hair cut and keratin straightening treatment which i have never had before. The stylist was great, answering all of my (many!) questions about the treatment and how my hair would be afterwards, and explaining exactly how she was planning to cut my hair to ensure i would be happy with it.
The salon was really relaxing and i was really pleased with my hair when i left, i'll be back!

I went to Patrick on a personal recommendation for colour and was extremely pleased with the result. I had been struggling to get my colour right and he knew exactly what would suit me and my rather difficult hair. He spent time on the consultation and I felt I could ask lots of questions. He also gave me some good tips for aftercare. He tested the products on my skin and hair prior to the treatment to make sure there were no problems.

In spite of being busy, the salon is extremely relaxing. The attention to detail by all the staff was impressive and they were friendly and thoughtful too. I've had nothing but compliments on my hair from my friends and I will definitely go back.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Pierre, French Hairdresser with 20 years of strong and various experience in London.I have been a customer for many years and always had excellent, expert and caring service. He is amazing, extremely professional and patient: his advises and suggestion are based on your requirements! His Haircut are always smart and there is no surprise when it comes to do your own blow dry at home!
Also another nice selling point: Pierre never power sell his products. He will mention it only if he feels you need it. No pressure there which is quite refreshing :-)

I have been going to Patrick for many years now, and have every faith in his abibility to know what is best for me and what suits me best. I would highly recommend him and his salon to anyone. He is always completely professional along with all his members of staff even down to the receptionists who know my favourite tipple and products which they always have ready for me on my arrival. What a perfect way to relax after a long day at the office. Without Patrick as my hairdresser I would feel as if I had lost my right arm.

A very disappointing experience with Simon the manager.The services that they are providing is very substandard and not worth the high prices that they are charging.

I decided to make a formal complaint to the Manager but even he was very rude towards me and my wife.

I shall be writing in to time out in reference to my experience where the staff were very cold and think very highly of themselves which is not a good environment for a paying customer.

If you read the review on the internet you will find that the same experience has been shared by many... so please stay away!

I bought the MyCityDeal and had an appointment the night before a very special occasion. I was gutted. My hair was terrible, dreadfully styled and nothing like I had asked for. This is not the what upset me the most though - I dared to complain and have been met with such vile arrogance from the manager, I have had to pinch myself to see if he is real. He is unbelievably bad at dealing with customers. The beauty treatments were nice, but do not get your hair done here, and if you do - complain at your peril!

I went to this salon on a internet deal and found the staff to be inexperienced and the manager to be the most obnoxious man I have ever come across - go here for a cheap deal but do not expect quality, experience or good customer service - you will be sorely dissappointed. I would politely suggest choosing one of the plethora of better salons London's West End has to offer. The beauty therapies are however pretty good so go for these rather than the hair treatments.
