I went to this salon in July 2013 with a Groupon offer. The salon is quite basic but the young girl did my highlights really well. Better than at really expensive places. I was very pleased with both the cut and colour and as I live nearby I will definitely go back there.

I had a lovely girl do my half head lowlights and layered cut. I'm very fussy about cuts normally and I am very impressed and happy with it. Also it was really fun in the salon. I was with my friend and she is also super satisfyed with her highlights and cut by the guy

Worried when I saw other reviews here, but had already purchased deal on Wowcher. Rosa did my highlights and cut, she was absolutely lovely and did a great job. Everyone in there clearly on vouchers as well and everyone seemed to be getting good level of service. Couldn't fault and would go again!

I rated this horrible salon 1 just because 0 was not there. I went there today with a Groupon voucher. I walked in and they welcomed me as they would have done if I had entered their living room with no invitation. They all looked young and not interested in why I was there. I said I wanted a full haed semi-permanent colour, as indicated in the voucher, and one guy who introduced himself as the stylist replied that he could not do it for my hair would become green. I said I had it in the past and no problems occurred. He insisted I had to do permanent colour and pay an extra 20£. Since I kept saying that I had semi-permanent in the past, he suggested I should take the voucher back and ask Groupon for a refund. He said they were going to phone Groupon themselves to confirm that. Of course, they did not do it and when I contacted them a few hours later to ask whether they were going to confirm I could have my money back, the girl who answered the phone was clearly making fool of me.
What they wanted was: keep the money, but do no job.
Don't waste your money there.

I wish I hadn't had to give this place 1 star, because it didn't deserve any.
Salons like this one are jumping on the Groupon band wagon because they're greedy - they want to sell masses and masses of appointments and they inevitably cannot cope with the influx of customers, provide appalling client care and do a really awful job.
This is EXACTLY what happened to me this evening.
1. They booked me in for my appointment at the wrong time. Half an hour earlier than I was due to be there. I know this because I wanted to be booked in later than eventually scheduled to give me time to get there after work. They informed me that 5:45 was the last appointment, so I went for that one. When I arrived, they told me I was booked in for 5:15.
2. This****up led to me having to wait nearly half an hour just to be seen. I, of course, had plans later on that evening which had to be cancelled. It's just aswell, as you'll find out if you read on.
3. I was seen by a stylist who, in all honesty, I'm not convinced was even a trained hairdresser. She was brutally rough when combing, washing and doing well, anything with my hair. There were actually points where it really hurt. Her 'bedside manner' was non-existent; this girl had been taught at Vicki Pollard's school of hairdressing.
4. This is the killer. I opted for the full head of colour, as was permitted by my Groupon and it was applied with the gentle touch of a chainsaw. After waiting for the colour to develop, it was washed out by their idle intern who, I realised, was scrubbing my forehead repeatedly. Yes, you guessed it. They left an extraordinary watermark in darkest brown all the way across my face, which surprise surprise wouldn't come off. My sullen stylist tutted and humphed and complained that "she didn't wash it off properly". Yes, OR PERHAPS YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE LEFT BROWN HAIR DYE TO DEVELOP ON MY FACE.
Be warned.
