HORRIBLE is the only word to explain my experience. I would give 0 starts if i could. painful, and long are the only words to describe my service. The woman had an unwelcoming attitude, took an awfully long time and I was left with a painful experience and cuts . I have had a good experience in the past although this one overrides all the rest. I will not be visiting this place again. I specifically requested for her to not thin out my eyebrows as I like my naturally thick eyebrows and simply asked to have them shaped although she completely ignored this request. If you are in Orpington and want your eyebrows done their are many other more professional places. The women who did my eyebrows had light eye.

Would recommend NOT to use this salon to remove gels from hands as they use a normal nail file not an electric machine
They scrap your nails with the file them wrap them in acetone and then scrap the gel colour off
Not very professional
They are constantly talking to each other which is very rude when dealing with a customer

The staff do not advocate a first come first serve basus whatsoever snd csn ve very rude. The lashes are really poor and they don't ever do them as i ask or have enough of varying lengths. It's like the staff are paying me!

I done my leg waxed, eyebrows and lip hair waxed it was so good amazing and very professional, friendly staff

Really unhappy. Waited for ages which doesn't bother me they were busy but served two other customers that came in after me. One customer had the cheek to ask me if I was waiting. Then sat down for treatment to be started then stop to serve someone else asif my custom wasn't good enough. I'm sorry I don't care if there eyebrows would be done quickly. I had been waiting patiently. Really upset me and ruined my afternoon. I came here because the lady does my eyebrows nicely I won't travel to come here again.
