Had tint, highlights, trim and blow-dry - the worst visit to a hairdresser ever!!
Was there for 3 hours, all my hair looks bleached there are no visible highlights, cut is awful and this was with a senior stylist. No hot water in the salon and cost an absolute fortune. Avoid at all costs!!!

This is the worse hair cut I ever had. I showed a photo of the hair I wanted. It looked NOTHING like the photo after. I now have a terrible half cut hair style. It looks like a mullet. I am female. The “stylist” didn’t even look at the photo or listen to what I asked for. She ended up doing whatever they fancied. They were not welcoming or friendly when I first arrived. I was not offered tea. It felt rushed and they just wanted to go home. The salon was dead anyway. They made a dodgy comment to each each in front of me which I thought was rude and was not professional at all. I am very sad about my hair now. I am waiting for it to grow back and going to a trusted salon. I will NEVER go back to Regis Brent Cross.

they let runny colour leak through the foils and then told me it was already there and that it would 'blend in'. Too much chat not enough skill and in the end still charged full wack. complained to staff but they could only apologise. poor listening skills and rushing to capture and retain other clients. this is an issue of ethics.

My girlfriend asked for chocolate / dark brown hair colouring. Firstly she was mucked around with last minute cancellations. Then the colouring turned out to be closer to jet black, way too dark and a nightmare to recolour afterwards. The staff were rude and unprofessional, especially the receptionist. They offered a 20% discount to rectify it which was far short of adequate. Would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you value good service and quality of work.

Regis is a fantastic salon! I have been a loyal customer for the past 5 years and have never been disappointed!! I see a senior stylist (Anna) every six weeks who is truly a miracle worker! She is quick and delivers exceptional results during every visit. Great service overall.

1. Don't leave people for 1hour with wet hair before getting it cut
2. 3hours is to long to be in a hair salon when just getting a cut
3. Don't burn yourself blow drying then need to straighten AND charge for straightening.
4. When one says an inch... Don't cut 6

I was really unhappy with my hair so I called Regis and asked for a Senior Hairdresser and got an appt 2 hours later with the amazing Anna! She listened to every word I said and is clearly a really skilled colourist as she managed to turn my horrible brown/ green hair into a beautiful highlighted brunette. The cut was also perfect she didnt take off too much and she didnt too long and I like the fact that the same person who did the colour also did the cut. She gave me a lovely conditioning treatment and used really expensive products in my hair. I will definitely be returning to Regis, they were really friendly, proffessional and actually did exactly as I asked - worth every penny!!!

This is regarding the Brent Cross branch in particular- I had a cut and blow dry on my Birthday and I have to say I had the worst experience possible. The incompetent female hairdresser destroyed my hair with a zigzag haircut and the most shapeless blow dry possible. I was after nice thick curls, I would of surely done a better job! I have never in my life experienced something so terrible. The place was so dirty! I had to stand up for my hair cut and in the end she said how she wasn't as good as other hairdressers and told me she wont charge me for the blow dry. I was initially told my cut and brow dry will cost £47 and in the end I paid £43 just for the cut??!! Not something you would like to experience on your birthday with a party that you had to go to!!!
