Unfortunately, the very talented stylists at Goldilocks are losing clients due to the shockingly unprofessional service provided by the greedy owner-manager, who runs the front desk.
He is known for charging according to his own price list, which he appears to make up as he goes along. When confronted about his pricing system, he said that he would rather lose the business than argue with someone who 'only comes in every two months'.
I have taken my business to a salon in Muswell Hill that gladly accepts my business at £150 every two months!
