I had a nightmare of an experience here, the female who served me was rude and absolutely degrading. I asked her to clean my eyebrows, she went ahead and removed half my eye brows and left it looking razor thin. I was mortified and ask her 'why did you do this to me, do you hate me', she responded 'your brows down suit you, this look is better'. I am now left feeling insecure and traumatised by this place. I still made payment and she didnt even say sorry.

Pretty good service and I like the skincare they use in their facials. Came across it for the first time here. Also bought some hair growth products from them. Like the fact that they store a variety of beauty products to buy. Much like a store and a salon in one.

Nice place for advanced treatments that you usually don't find in high street salons. It is on the high street having said that but the location doesn't bother me. It could do with better parking! However the salon's interiors, therapists and equipments impress me. It should be more well known that it currently is. I have done a facial, body massage and now booked for laser hair removal here.

If you're in London and want a decent place to pamper yourself without breaking the bank, I'd suggest this! I bring my friends over here for a body massage and facials and they swear by it. It's priced so well and the girls are always lovely to us.

Best place for facials and brazilian blowdry! I've gotten both the treatments done here in the past and the results were fabulous. My hair's still straight and frizz free 6 months after the treatment and as for the facial, I'm a regular there now as they are pretty low priced.

I went here before a party to get my hair and make-up done and it was superb! I couldn't have done something similar as I'm not very good my hair and make-up but the girls here did a first class job at it. I could see them using good quality make-up as I am aware of brands and the hairstyle was also professional and neat. Will come back.

Went here for a haircut, blowdry and some highlights seeing an offer online. The haircut was decent and the highlight colour was beautiful and very subtle like I wanted. The salon is clean and nicely decorated and the hairdresser who attended me was helpful and a good listener. It was easy on the pocket for me hence I will go back in the future.

It's my go-to place for waxing and blowdrys. Quite near to me so easy for me to drop by with kids as well. I think the place is friendly and i've always gotten good service.

I quite like the place. It's been a favourite of mine since a few years now. Whenever I need a blowdry or a trim and don't want to spend a tonne, this is where I head too. It's affordable and cosy and that's what matters to me the most.

The best teeth whitening treatment I've tried till date. It was super affordable and left my teeth pearly white. I usually don't go for such treatments as they can be pricey but found this on offer and booked it. The lady who treated me was pleasant and lovely. The salon was a nice place too. I think I'll come back soon.

Lovely place! Just discovered it recently and have literally tried all their treatments till date. They're usually on offer and keep changing monthly so I treat myself to one quite often. The place is basic and decent but the treatments are fabulous and so are the therapists.

Oh my go! I cannot begin to say how much I love this place for facials. I have tried almost everyone on their list, from CACI, Microdermabrasion to Dermalogica and they're all superb. The therapists are super sweet and always give full attention to detail. Nice, pleasant place with not too much noise.

Have been to this place for Botox and it's been quite a few months and my skin still looks tight. I loved how my wrinkles suddenly looked smooth in just a few days after the treatment. I was scared I would look crazy like those celebs but the staff here did a great job and placed the injections just at my concerned areas.

You have to try out their body massages and facials. The therapists do a very good job for the price and their equipment for facial esp caci is quite nice and makes it feel expensive. I'm usually here before a party or a wedding. Try it out.

I have been a student at this place for a make-up course and cannot recommend it enough. Has a ball learning and meeting such amazing people in the course and at the salon. If you want one to one tutoring, this is pretty much like that as their groups are small. The tutors were very nice and helpful as well. Learnt amazing make-up tricks that I can't wait to use on my next job. The salon environment helped in improving my confidence as I hadn't seen a salon work on a daily basis before. Check them out for sure if you want to start out in the beauty industry.

I got a hair colour and cut got here recently and it came up to a very affordable price based on a monthly offer I booked on. Got layers and fringes put in my long hair and had some gorgeous victoria secret like highlights done in the hair. Take a picture with you if you want precise results. Nice staff! You can tell they are experienced in hair. Already booked in for a Keratin Treatment.

I have seen the prices on their website and decided to 'risk' it as one of their branches was not that far from the location I am living in - Ilford's branch. If you have scars, sun spots, acne/blemish marks or pigmentation, I'd highly recommend this place for a Derma Roller treatment session that helps fade all the above with virtually no pain. It's actually the only treatment that worked on my stubborn stretch marks.

If not the treatment, check out the individual at-home Derma Rollers they sell on their website. Well worth having in your skincare collection to carry out the scar reduction treatment at home.

Attended one of their branches in Ilford as I am living in Essex to do a botox treatment. Staff were happy to happy, doctor and nurse were very understandable. Do I recommend them to a friend? Of course I do!

Try their CACI Facial in particular. Leaves skin glowing like you're just back from a beach holiday. They have good machines for this facial which makes me feel I'm getting good value for my money. Recently tried out their Brazilian Blowdry keratin treatment as I'm a frizzhead in the summer and it's fab. Hair's soft and glossy. Will come for more.

They do great facials at superb prices! Central location and easy to find. The staff have a fair knowledge of skin and products which always helps. I personally would recommend a Dermalogica Facial at the salon. It's pretty reasonably priced to get it done often. Also, you can't go wrong with Dermalogica products.
