I was a regular at this salon, but not anymore.
Recently I went to have a Brazilian blow dry done, I flowed the guidelines to maintain my hair condition after the treatment. Unfortunately this treatment that was supposed to last and I quote '6 months' didn't even last me one wash.
I spent £150 on this treatment, and what a waste of money!
So I called the salon explaining what had happened. They asked me to come in so they could take a look. It took ages to be seen again as they had cancelled with me on a couple of occasions.
It then came to the day to have my hair done again, as they could see my hair had gone back to its original condition - wavy/ curly. So it was re-treated. Again I followed all the steps they had advised to maintain the treatment.
My hair took its original form after one wash.
I rang the salon again, they blamed me for not following their instructions!!!!
I was not compensated. Terrible customer service. Never ever again!

Karizma is good value for money and quite good opening hours, however i would say that they should have more hairdressers that speak english...alot of the stuff are either turkish or something else and it is rather hard to communicate and put across what you really want which can be frustrating especially when it comes to colour. They don't really work on an appointment basis either which means you can sit there waiting for a stylist for a good 30-40mins. Otherwise its OK...it wouldn't always be my first choice for colours or really good layers but for trims, blowdrys and up do's.
