Having been a customer for over five years, I think the reviewer above must have caught them on a very, very bad day - maybe on the day a local building development flooded the premises!
They are always helpful, will try and push you in if you are desperate, and friends always comment on "how nice your hair looks".

Found them to be unprofessional and unhelpful. Rang and asked very politely to speak to the manager, was told there was no one there of that name, asked who was in charge and was told no one and had the phone slammed down. Was only calling to ask for advice!
