Wow! What a cut! Have been to see Shaz for highlights before but never really considered taking the plunge and getting my hair cut! She advised me about my hair texture and went through my life style, and what would be manageable for me on a day to day basis. All I can say is….game changer! Everyone has commented on how fab it looks! Would highly recommend!

I have always got the best of the best from these girls.

I went in with my hair BLACKER THAN BLACK.

I was told that if i wanted to go lighter that it would take time. We persevered with it and eventually got it to the colour I wanted. These girls are WELLS TRAINED.

IN FACT THEY HAVE THEIR MASTERS DEGREE IN COLOUR....

I CAN'T say anything more. They are the best of the best.

I would NEVER go anywhere else.

I visited Daniell Salon 4 times- my request was blonde highlights, applied as balayage to accommodate root growth- so it would look natural as my hair grew during lock down. The first 3 times I came out of my appointment my hair looking as brown as it was when I first went in, with a £160 bill in my pocket and no visible change in the colour. Because of the lockdown and the salon being a convenient distance to my house, I tried to work with the young hairdresser, hoping that we can learn together to meet the results I expect if I’m supportive and kindly continue to instruct her. Unfortunately despite repeated attempts to explain what I wanted there was no progress or improvement. The fourth time, I brought old pictures of my hair by my last hairdresser as an example (a job that used to cost £55 and take third of the time and which I was always pleased with). I have attached a picture of the final result: two uneven blotches of blonde in the front, and blotchy orangey hair in an unattractive pattern in the back (the photo doesn’t quite capture the orange tint in the back). It looks absolutely awful- like a botched job I’ve done myself with a colouring kit. Unprofessional! The hairdresser offered to fix it for me during the week, but after 4 failed attempts I am out of patience and faith that this salon can deliver a professional standard of colour. I have booked an emergency appointment with a central London salon which I know to be good, to try to rescue the disaster which is my hair at the moment. I’ve been unable to wear my hair down all week because it’s nothing short of embarrassing :( Based on this experience I do not recommend Daniell Salon.
