A well-hidden secret in Holloway Road - VIP Hair Studio achieves what many hair salons over the years have failed, they provide good constructive consultations, they listen to what you would like, and achieve 'the look' with the greatest of ease. The proprietor is such a lovely lady, who does her magic under the banner of ' Your Hair is Your Beauty, and Your Beauty is Your Hair', and it sure is. Full PPE is in place and has not stopped the creation of many a lovely creations/styles for me, which I am commented on by strangers as soon as I leave the salon.

At a time when it's hard to find a hair salon with hair stylists that don't have a bad attitude or who do not behave as if they are doing you a favour, I think it's important to highlight when a hair salon is doing well and to give credit where credit is due. For me this salon is way up there in terms of having the overall package in relation to customer service, quality of hair styles etc. In addition to this, genuine time and energy is put into giving you what you want, making you feel comfortable and ensuring you are happy. Although somewhat tucked away and not a place that receives as much press attention as the likes of Hype Coiffure, I always leave VIP satisfied in comparison to the lack of good service I've received from Hype Coiffure in the past. VIP is in my opinion the best kept secret and genuinely the best hair salon I've been to so far in London (I've tried a plethora of London hair salons for the past 10 years). With a very relaxed and professional environment, I find it quite hard to fault VIP. Note however, the salon does not take appointments, so either go on a less busy day (such as Mondays/Wednesdays) or go on a Saturday when you have time to wait. Even if you go on a Saturday, waiting times are not that outrageous, but do plan for it. The owner is also absolutely wonderful and lovely.

Vip hair studio is a very calm salon, the stylist are very professional and patient. They are good in extension and wig making, they are very good in cutting hair. I am certain when I leave I am always satisfied.

good effective hair stylist. sometimes take long even if booked appointment but overall you will be satisfied with your hair when you leave. be sure to explain the style you want to the tee as sometimes you can be misunderstood.
