I had very good haircuts there, Farrah is very good and also Dominique. I can definitely recommend this salon.

When I went there the first time, the hairdresser was 20 min late ... ok not great, but the cut was good. The second time I had a another lady (because the first had quit the salon) who had a very agressive energy, watered my face whilst shampooing ... the cut was ok though.
When I went the third time my appointment was rebooked with another lady, because the one I had been booked with didn't come into work. The cut was awful, very basic, the young woman clearly is still in training, she ruined my hair, didn't manage to cut a basic bob with hair shorter in the back, longer in the front (just straight and boring). I was in a bad mood the whole weekend and have just decided to not go back. I also found the receptionists not very friendly.

Defiantly the best salon in Crouch End! Been going to Mp4 for 4 years now and love it every time! My Stylist is always lovely! Its great to find someone that you get on with and trust completely! Would recommend to everyone xxx

Had the worst experience in a hair saloon so far in my life. I booked for colouring my root and the hairdresser decided to colour all the hair despite being advised earlier. I was left with colour on my scalp for 50 minutes just because she was juggling between two appointments at the same time. I ended up having a burn on my scalp. The worst part was that not only was she rude but also nobody apologised. Also the receptionist did not bother answering to my questions. She just said "You are not my client" and she did not help me at all. I felt humiliated and this is categorically my last vis

Have you ever gone to a salon and after the first couple of cuts
had a sinking feeling that the hairdresser is not highly skilled? This is why I am going back to MP4. To have my hair cut by professionals!

Attn all blondes: The colouring provided me by senior stylist Maria at this salon has been consistently excellent. Her skill with blonding is far far above any other I have found outside the most expensive Mayfair salons. Highly recommend

have recently moved with 5 friends to crouch end from darlington. As we basically live across the road i thought id give mp4 a go as it always seems busy. its didnt let me down great service, friendly staff and all at a reasonable 'london' price! would highly recommend!
