I started going here in 2012 but stopped going regularly. You'll have a 10:30 appointment the owner won't turn up until 11-12 only once or twice has she been on time. The way you are treated is also inconsistent sometimes I get a great relaxer sometimes I leave with a burnt scalp. Definitely going down hill all about the money and the manager has said she doesn't want to work as much.
It's nice to have a hairdresser who is passionate about what they do and this is not one of them.

Great salon, not too busy on a Saturday morning, the owner takes note of what works and what doesn't and tailors the service to you each time.
Free wifi and refreshments would make it even better.
