I went into Sallys in Wembley last week and the staff were very helpful. I needed some help on the waxing products and was wondering around the store very confused. A member of staff approached me to ask if I need any help. I explained that I wanted to know about doing my waxing at home. They were very helpful and enthusiastic. They explained to me the different kinds of wax and what would be best for me. They also showed me the heating devices and even took them out of the boxes so I could see what they looked like properly. I was advised on the aftercare products I would need. They spent a great deal of time with me and were very friendly and approachable. I would recommend any customer to go there for hair or beauty products.

Okay, I went into this shop yesterday to find some hair extensions. I was willing to pay quite a high price as I have been searching high and low for some good quality hair extensions at a low price. I had no luck with that, so I decided to go with the more expensive option to go here. As soon as I entered the place, there were shelves full of every kind of hair extension, accessory and cosmetic you could ever think of. I walked up to the counter to ask the girl if they sold the hair extensions I was looking for and the response was just a finger pointing to the direction of the wall with the extensions on it. I had a brief look, picked one up that I thought looked nice and took it to the counter to ask her a question. She was looking at some paper on the desk but could clearly see that a customer was waiting for some help. When she finally decided to look up, I asked if one pack would be enough and she said in a monotonous tone "You need about 2 or 3"... well, needless to say I put them back and walked out of the shop. From the outside, the place looks like a shop I would love to go in, however the service and atmosphere was terrible and I advise people to go elsewhere if they want someone who is helpful!
