Good Vibes saved my dying arthritic knee and transformed my body!! Just 2 x a week for a half hour combined with lots of London walking did the trick! I absolutely love everything about power plates and recommend it to everyone! The best thing about it... i can show up in heels and make up, get the best full body work out and leave ready for work or play. The worst thing about it... ive had to stop because im pregnant*( As soon as i give birth, its back to Good Vibes i go!! If your a busy London gal, you'd be a fool not to try it!
