I bought a Living Social Voucher, the deal was rally good. When i first went there they were really polite and nice. I recommended them to my sister, which I lateer regretted, because after a couple of sessions, their cutomer service went downhill. Trying to call them for an appointment was the most hardest thing to do, they never answered the phone. Then they changed the system to just email, which they took over a month to reply to, and always made excuses. They became rude, the sessions were rushed, the treatments were not conducted properly. I was extremely disappointmented with them.

I've had several laser hair removal sessions at Pasha. With one more to go the hair is very nearly gone. It is excellent value for money as I booked through Groupon. I was able to book several sessions in advance and for me it's the perfect location to get to either from work or home. The staff are very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Pasha clinic for laser treatments, can't believe it took me so long to get on to this.

I've been going for years and they offer a good service and up to date equipment and services. Any issues I had were resolved and not repeated. The clinic is ways clean and hygienic, I would be happy to recommend family and friends.

Like other reviewers, I have received good service from Pasha Clinic – and I too bought a Livingsocial voucher for microdermabrasion sessions for use with Pasha Clinic. I communicated by phone and via e-mail to arrange my appointments (as is stipulated on the voucher) and they respond within the same day of my e-mails. Apart from that, the microdermabrasion treatment itself has been producing the best results on my complexion that I have ever experienced from microdermabrasion (and I consider myself a veteran of microdermabrasion as I’ve been having microdermabrasion for at least 7 years on and off from a few centres in London for fine lines, old acne scars and enlarged pores) – the polished effect on my complexion after each session also lasts for several days, unlike other microdermabrasion treatments I have had elsewhere. As usual, the skill of the therapist/beautician is all important in particular Seville has made my complexion miraculously radiant and younger. My complexion stays so even and radiant from Pasha Clinic’s microdermabrasion for days afterwards. So far I’ve had 5 treatment sessions I am so pleased. The premises may not be as impressive as other clinics, but the result on my complexion from the microdermabrasion treatment here certainly surpass those I’ve experienced from other seemingly more plush clinics in London. I would thoroughly recommend Pasha Clinic for this treatment. The clinic manager is always friendly, cheerful and warm. I have been so happy that I have since also bought a course of 5 sessions of Regen radiofrequency skin tightening treatments which was on special offer. Their prices are very good value. Paul

I got a groupon voucher for half leg laser hair removal, and then upgraded to full leg. Since then I have also bought two other courses of laser hair removal for other parts, underams etc. I also bought a course of Regen Tripollar treatments, which I LOVE. My skin feels great after the treatments, if they do another offer on this I will definitly get another course. I had my last treatment for laser hair removal last week, using the new laser machince, I think its call diode or something like that. I only wish I had waited and had them all using this new machine! On my legs it was actually pain free, I found I was humming a song during, when normally I would be clutching at the bed and trying not to swear. It was still a bit stingy/hot on the underarm area, however still a LOT better than the previous laser.

Great value for money and a great team whom are very knowledgable. Dr Kargin is always around and gives great advice, she doesnt spoon feed you to buy treatments which I have witnessed in a lot of clinics instead gives you the right advice and if the treatment is not for you she will tell you not to waste your money, even if she isnt around her assistant is very knowledgable and hes a male :D

Started in 2009 when I purchased full body laser hair removal for £1000 unlimited sessions (the clinic opposite in maddox street wanted £2500 for 6 sessions using the same laser!). I have had 20 sessions now and only coming back once every year. have had a reduction of about 80% and to be honst im happy as it is as the remaining hairs are very fine and take a long time to grow back. What impressed me about Pasha Clinic is that every year they change there laser machines to bring in the latest technology I started off with a yag laser then q-switch then alexandrite and now a diode laser which is amazing and pain free. I had various other treatments with the clinic including regen cellulite treatment purchased via groupon and also microdermabrasion purchased via groupon have had no problems.

The only negative I have with Pasha Clinic is trying to gert through on the phone as the lines are near enough constantly busy however found a ressolution for that as well just send emails now.

The staff are very friendly and will ressolve any problems for you at the reception. Some of the girls dont speak great english however very good at the treatments and I suppose im not there to socialise but to have my treatment.

Great value for money and will continue to have treatment with them for a long time!
