Not very good reception staff, membership organisation - disorganised sadly. Wouldn't recommend, massively overpriced for what you get.

I have been going to virgin active (homes place) and paying for trainers there. A lot of money and the last three weeks I started going to Contours Express on the watford way wow I am not starting to see results at almost a third of the price.
Let me say I will not be going back to Virgin active again too exspensive and no way near as good.
