My Detox Diet

MyDetoxDiet is the creation of lifelong friends Ilona Wesle and Susanne Kollner. Coming from Germany - a leading nation for pioneering "detox diets" ands "weight loss treatments" – healthy living has always been at the heart of all they do. It’s in the blood, in fact.

Both Ilona and Susanne are from distinctly foodie and juice diet backgrounds. With chefs, nutritionists and yogis for parents, the pair trained and worked separately in the hospitality industry before setting up their online business together in 2006. Before launching MyDetoxDiet, Susanne worked in a boutique detox and weight loss resort in the Bavarian Alps for five years. Meanwhile, Ilona fell in love with the juice cleanse concept – and green juices especially – whilst living and working in Australia. She then studied nutrition back in Germany.
